Project READ-TRACK (Reading Evaluation and Data Tracking for Record, Assessment, and Comprehensive Knowledge) is a reading literacy monitoring system for the Division of Zamboanga Sibugay — tracking LETRA and Phil-IRI assessment results for Grades 7–12 students.
Information We Collect
- Personal Information: Name, LRN, birthdate, sex, address, contact number
- Academic Information: Grade level, section, track, strand, school, adviser
- Assessment Data: LETRA levels, Phil-IRI scores, reading interventions
- Parent/Guardian Data: Names and relationships for parent login access
- Account Data: Login credentials (hashed), session logs
Purpose
- To record and consolidate reading literacy assessment results
- To track student reading progress across assessment periods and school years
- To generate reports for teachers, schools, and division administration
- To plan and monitor reading interventions (Project STRIVE)
Data Protection
- Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing
- Access is restricted by role-based permissions
- Data is stored securely and transmitted over encrypted connections
