Step 6

Data Management

Manage school registrations, approve principal accounts, and oversee data quality across the district.

I-manage ang school registrations, i-approve ang principal accounts, at pangasiwaan ang data quality.

School Management — View and update school information, school IDs, and statusTingnan at i-update ang school information.
User Accounts — View registered teachers and principals across all schools in your districtTingnan ang registered teachers at principals sa lahat ng schools.
Update Requests — Review and approve student/parent data update requests from schoolsI-review at i-approve ang mga update requests mula sa schools.
Assessment Monitoring — Track which schools have completed their LETRA/Phil-IRI input and follow up on lagging schoolsI-track kung aling schools ang natapos na sa input at i-follow up ang hindi pa.

Follow up on low assessment rates. Schools with assessment rates below 60% (shown in red) need immediate follow-up. Contact the school principal to ensure teachers are inputting their LETRA and Phil-IRI data. I-follow up ang mga schools na mababa ang assessment rate (below 60%). Kontakin ang principal.
